Kitsilano Showboat 2021 Season

It was a hard decision to make but the executive has decided that Kitsilano Showboat Society will not be hosting any shows this summer at the Kitsilano Pool stage. With safety in mind, we are adhering to covid restrictions as per COV Parks, Province of British Columbia and the Government of Canada.
Now the good news, we will be going virtual again this yearfor our 86th season with the hopes that we are back at the stage next year. Tentative dates for the Virtual Shows via Facebook live are:
June 21 – National Indigenous Peoples Day
June 23 – Showboat Allstars
June 27 – Multicultural Day
July 1     – Canada Day
July 7     – Showboat Allstars
July 14  –  Showboat Allstars
July 21  – Showboat Allstars
July 28  – Showboat Allstars

Due to COVID restrictions the Showboat Society is not authorizing any use of the stage by other groups.

The Kitsilano Showboat runs every summer from June to August at Kitsilano Beach. Our mission is two-fold: to provide free multi-cultural entertainment to Vancouver residents and visitors; and to provide a venue for entertainers of all ages and abilities to perform at a world class venue. Kitsilano Showboat has been a Vancouver tradition since 1935 and has had multiple generations of families perform on the Showboat stage. Some performers who got their start on the Showboat stage have even gone on to become world class entertainers!
